North Lancs Health Trainers, a service provided by n-compass North West Ltd, are delivering a Lung Cancer Awareness Campaign in Blackpool, funded by Blackpool Primary Care Trust.  The campaign will be delivered across 6 wards from 23^rd January until 9^th March. The focus of the campaign is to create awareness about the signs and symptoms of Lung Cancer and the benefits of early detection by visiting their GPs - “Get it off your Chest”.   Lung cancer can affect everybody; not just people who smoke, people who have been in contact with cigarette smoke (passive smokers) or people who have been in-contact with Asbestosis.
